Join us in January 2022 to celebrate the opening of our second exhibit for Silent Dialogue featuring the works of 匡再 / Kuang Zai, 何佩佩 / Pei Pei He and 珍妮喆张 / Jenny Zhe Chang.
We warmly invite you to explore the exhibit with us and then join our artists in conversation with acclaimed writer and cultural historian
writer 玛丽亚•图马金 / Maria Tumarkin. RSVP below.
Today, we're also thrilled to release three more artist viewing rooms featuring long-form interviews with our exhibiting artists. Next week, we will release four more.
We hope the holiday season brings much happiness, good food, health and joyfulness for you and yours!
He Pei Pei will present Intersection and Street Melody 2020, a new series of scroll drawings, large-format oil paintings and drawings on paper that continue the artist's search into the spirit of city life at the centre of Melbourne.
Kuang Zai will present a new series of works which extend upon his long-standing inquires into family life, the everyday and the innocence and inner world of childhood across cultures.
Jenny Zhe Chang will present Light with Hope – Rising 2021, a site-specific installation that explores the concept of conventional wisdom passed down through generations to support or nurture us during times of hardship.
Please note: Indoors density limits still presently apply. These will be signed, and our invigilation team will be available to monitor/guide during exhibition viewings. Event entrance is by free ticket only. For other aspects of our COVID-19 safe plan and advice for attending our exhibition sites, head to the Exhibition Program.
