• Every Bilum & Bilas piece is stored in a calico bag and boxed with care instructions. If you would like your item gift wrapped also, please add this additional service to your order.

• Fibres in your piece may naturally change colour with wear. Avoid getting your piece wet or exposing it to moisture, make-up, lotions or perfumes as damage may occur. More information on taking care of your Bilum & Bilas piece can be found on their website at Care.

• We use Australia Post’s flat rates for small, medium and large parcels <5kg. https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia Most of our parcels are classified as small or medium parcels after taking into account packaging. If postage is going to be more, we will let you know. This item falls into the small category. We use Hero’s mailers to send our small and medium parcels as they can be re-used and then popped in the compost. They cost approx. $1.4-1.84 each. Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to nominate ‘Click & Collect’ to save your pennies and swing by during business hours to see us.
