We’re fast approaching our opening of Ouyang Yu & Jessye Wdowin-McGregor—Ekphrasis & Mid-Autumn Celebration on Friday, 29 September.
To join us to celebrate the artists’ project and the moon in all its glory - and to secure a delicious mooncake by our friends at Raya for the occasion - we need your bookings/orders by midday this Friday, 22 September.
We’d also love you to come along this Friday, 22 September, from 4-6 pm to our Open House with the artists. We’ll be reflecting on Ouyang’s series of poems written in response to Jessye’s works and Jessye’s film in progress. You don’t need to book for this one - more details here. Afterwards, from 6:30-8:00 pm, is our Writer In Conversation event with Barkandji woman, the esteemed writer, researcher, curator and storyteller Zena Cumpston.
