As discussed at our Introductory page, our leases involve a monthly leasing fee and a one off fixed cost associated with for packaging, transportation, installation and de-installation.
Fixed costs are typically charged at lease commencement. If a patron prefers to integrate this fixed cost into their monthly lease payments, we can accommodate this upon request.
Fixed costs:
Include: Packaging labour (packaging materials are complimentary), transport to/from your site $200 (metro Melbourne) and condition reporting at lease end. Value/cost = $210 per work. Transportation outside of metro to be separately confirmed.
Exclude: Introductory meeting with you/ the lessee, processing of lease offer acceptance and loan paperwork and six monthly condition reporting. Value/cost $103 per work.
Exclude: Curatorial effort to select, condition report and catalogue the artworks with the artist. Valued at $105 per work.
The fixed fee for the Care Plus service is $700, equating to 10 hours of specialist labour valued at $70 per hour. This is charged as a flat fee at the lease commencement.

All fine artworks selected/catalogued are condition reported and catalogued by our in-house curatorial team. Good condition is a mandatory requirement for selection.
Lease payments are remitted monthly via a Direct Debit subscription arrangement. Payment of fixed costs is via invoice. We accept payment via credit card or direct transfer.
Repeat customers or new lessees who borrow six or more works at a time are entitled to additional discounts at the time of lease commencement.
We allow for three hours of installation/de-installation labour. If more time is needed, we will discuss and agree with you and then bill at an hourly rate of $50 per hour.
Works are inspected and condition-reported every six months and at the end of a lease period. Only the final report is passed on as a cost to our customers.
All 2-D works are conservation framed. Plinths, boxes or other fixtures are provided for 3-D works where deemed appropriate.
Our loan paperwork requires that artworks be added to the home and contents or business insurance during the lease.
We have insurance to cover potential damages sustained during transport and installation/de-installation.
