  • correspondences 39 Sydney Road Brunswick, VIC, 3056 Australia (map)

Featuring drawing, collage, video, live music improvisation, and meditation by multi-instrumentalist and composer Genevieve Fry and multi-disciplinary artist Jessye Wdowin-McGregor, Drawing Sound examines the art of sound, drawing and walking, the connection of these disciplines with our bodies and the experience of emotional resonance, healing and connectivity with our sense of place.

During the daytime, from Tuesday to Saturday each week (from 2-16 February 2023), audiences are invited to join the artists onsite for live improvised music, drawing and walking sessions. Three Friday evening sessions will also be run, featuring Fry’s collaborators; Sorim Byeon, Esala Liyanage, Aarti Jadu and Mindy Meng Wang (details below).
